Mac’s Pizzeria is proud to bring traditional fresh Neapolitan pizza to Aberdeen.
With provenance key, our pizzas are freshly prepared on-site on a daily basis with the finest genuine ingredients used in keeping with the Neapolitan style.
Our bespoke Napoli pizza oven has a unique porous stone interior to complement the high heat Neapolitan cooking style with an intense heat up to 500C to create light yet flavourful pizzas.
Using a gold standard of pizza flour, Caputo ‘00’ Neapolitan flour, our dough is proofed for over 24 hours. This is cooked at an intense heat for 60 to 90 seconds to create the perfect pizza which is deliciously soft and tender with airy bubble crusts & charred leopard spots.

Monday to Thursday - 5pm to 10pm
Friday & Saturday - 12noon to 10pm
Sunday – 12noon to 9pm
